You’ve probably heard the word; inventory is low right now.  It has sent a wave of uneasiness throughout the industry.  It’s been the talk around the water cooler, “How do we navigate this?”  The answer is to keep doing what you’re doing: branding yourself, communicating with your clients, and remaining trustworthy, reliable, and resilient.  And we’ll be here to support you to continue on the path to success. Usually, our blogs have some stats and best practices, but this one is more of a feel-good, from-the-heart blog.  We’ve been feeling many things these past few months, excitement for a new move, launching an additional (and new!) business, concern over the low inventory, and the camaraderie we’ve felt.  But right now, we want to be of service and help our friends in the real estate market. As with life, we know this is a lower part of the ebbs and flows of realty.  At this point, we feel we can help you the most by providing a listening ear, helping you troubleshoot, or coming up with a new game plan.  Whatever it is, we want to help you succeed with the resources we have at our disposal.  We’re in this together.
