Spring Market is HERE!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year!  We’re not talking about the holidays, but rather, SPRING MARKET!  So how can you be prepared? 

Well, we’re glad you asked!

We are fans of planning. It helps to make the process go easier!   We recommend you start off by inviting your buyers to set up their home for selling success!  Give your clients our downloadable PDF titled “How to Best Prepare your Home for Professional Photography.”  There are simple things on that list, like removing eyesores, avoiding oversized furniture, creating clean and airy spaces, and depersonalizing the home.  When you know your client’s home is ready to showcase, contact Danielle to plan and schedule your desired time slot.

But oh no!  The day of your scheduled photo shoot, and clouds are creeping over!  Should we cancel?  Nope!  We have the technology to create bright blue skies with our Complementary Sky Replacement.  We would love to see one of our photographers go up on the roof and paint you a beautiful sky.  But, alas, we do not have that training…yet. But we DO have the editing capabilities to make your listing pictures pop and look like the house every buyer wants to come home to.  

For every problem that may arise, we’ll work with you to get you the desired outcome so that your clients are happy and you look like the Rockstar Realtor you are.  Implementing these minor things will add up to a big difference.  After all, it’s simple math ;)
